ABOUT THE HOSTS
Ludmila Parekh is a yoga therapist and wellness facilitator, trained at Yoga Renew in New York. With a background in architecture, and international experience she explores the “architecture of movement” through accessible yoga, breath, and silence—guiding people back to their inner center. Rooted in her Brazilian heritage, she incorporates sound healing instruments to deepen presence and emotional release. Her sessions are known for their warmth, clarity, and power to reset both body and mind.
Katriina Kilpi is a Forest Mind teacher, and the founder of the International Forest Therapy Days. With a background in environmental science, environmental psychology, and international experience, she moves between science and sensory experience. Rooted in her Finnish heritage, she helps people reconnect to resilience through nature, sauna, and inner silence. She is co-author of the Forest Bathing book and combines clarity with a deep sense of wonder.
